Dr. Abdellatif KOBBANE

    Short Biography: Doctor Abdellatif KOBBANE is currently an Associate Professor (Professeur Habilité) at the Ecole Nationale Suprieure d'Informatique et d'Analyse des Systemes (ENSIAS), Mohammed V University of Rabat, Morocco since 2009. He received his PhD degree in computer science from the Mohammed V-Agdal University (Morocco) and the University of Avignon (France) in September 2008. He received his research MS degree in computer science, Telecommunication and Multimedia from the Mohammed V-Agdal University (Morocco) in 2003. Doctor Kobbane is Adjunct Professor at L2TI laboratory, Paris 13 University, France. His research interests lie with the field of wireless networking, performance evaluation in wireless network and SDN, NGN, Ad-hoc networks, DTNs and Sensors, M2M, Mesh networks, cognitive radio, Mobile computing, Mobile Social networks, Caching and backhaul problem, Beyond 4G and 5G communications, Future networks… +10 years of computer sciences and Telecom experience, in Europe (France) and in Morocco, in the areas of Performances evaluation in wireless Mobile networks, Mobile Cloud Networking, SDN, IoT, Cognitive radio, 5G. Author of several scientific publications in top IEEE conferences and journals. IEEE ICC, IEEE Globecom, IWCMC, IEEE WCNC, ... etc.

    Dr Kobbane is Senior Member ComSoc IEEE, Secretary of ExCom IEEE Morocco Section, Member TC CommSoft, Adhoc Network at IEEE ICC and IEEE Globecom. President and Founder of Association of Research in Mobile Wireless networks and embedded systems (MobiTic) in Morocco.

    Dr Kobbane is Co-Chair: Wireless Networking Symposium of the International Wireless Communications & Mobile Computing Conference (IWCMC’14-18) and  Founder of  WINCOM Conference. 

    Dr Kobbane is a responsible of Master (MS) of Internet of thing and Mobiles services (IOSM)

Dr. Brahim Lakssir

 Brahim Lakssir is the director of the Microelectronics IC Packaging design center at the Moroccan Foundation for Science Innovation and Research (MAScIR), Experienced with 26 years in microelectronics semiconductor industry, R&D Design, assembly & test. Over these years he acquire a Solid background in microelectronic IC, new product/package development as well as Material Characterization and Assembly & test technology. Interest in Research are Specific Sensors, Internet of things, RF IC Packaging and miniaturized smart systems, Power electronic, Energy Harvesting and transfer

He has been involved in several development projects in the field of wafer level, packaging and new emerging material for microelectronics and very familiar with all the industrial management and tools.

Brahim is an active member of International Microelectronics Packaging Society IMAPS and Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International SEMI organization.
