Registration is required for all participants. Accepted papers must be registered and have the camera-ready version file uploaded via the submission system by November 18th, 2026 to be published in the conference proceedings.

REGISTRATION FEES : 

  • Student: 1000DH / 100 Euros
  • Academics : 1500DH / 150 Euros
  • Industrial : 2000DH / 200 Euros

 Failure to register by the above Deadline will result in your paper NOT being included in the proceeding.

Registrations include: 

  • Paper registration (only author)
  • Accommodation
  • Admission to all technical sessions
  • Conference Kit 
  •  coffee breaks every day
  • Lunches

Important notice :

  • At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register for 3MA-2026.
  • One regular registration with one or more additional papers gets only one conference.
  • To accomplish your registration, the registration form must be completed and sent with other requested documents to conference mail box (more details on the registration form).
  • Please note that paid registration fees are non-refundable in case of non-participation in the conference.

After the bank transfer, please send an email to MMMA-FST@usmba.ac.ma including:

  • Copy of your payment justification  
  • Registration Form(download)
  • Please mention the reason for transferring money: registration at the 3MA-2026 conference, paper number XXX.

NOTE: All Transaction Charges will pay by author ( Like Payment Gateway Fee, Inter Banking Charges, Wire Transfer Chages).
